Evidence Admissibility

30 years ago, Advocate Films Inc. pioneered the development of compelling film and video evidence that was admissible at trial in the same way as still photography.

A Day in the Life video paints a full and balanced picture of a typical day in an injured person's life. It accurately documents activities of daily living, as well as occupational, mobility, and recreational activities. Our day in the life videos help the jury to fully comprehend the impact an injury has had on the client and on his or her loved ones.

Following a review of the life care plan and selected medical records, we interview the client and/or the client's family by phone or in person. We then record the client's activities over a one or two day period and edit them into a compelling 12 to 20 minute video. Although we have never had a Day in the Life video excluded from evidence, admissibility is not guaranteed.

We always respect and value the client's privacy.
Each client's injury is different and our videos are
tailored to capture and demonstrate that
uniqueness to the jury.
