A video Settlement Brochure builds a dramatic case to prove the liability, causation and damage components of a strong claim by showcasing the testimony and evidence. Usually narrated by a professional voice, the Settlement Brochure presents key visual exhibits, Day in the Life footage, recreations, and tightly edited comments from experts, witnesses and family members.

Our productions are credible and riveting, and similar in style to an investigative segment on a national news program.

A typical Settlement Brochure runs between 30 to 45 minutes. Although not admissible as evidence, it is especially effective at mediations or for summarizing your client’s case to those persons who are unlikely to read a lengthy settlement book. This is a unique opportunity to introduce the facts, experts, clients and damages in their best light. Like a great movie, the viewer watches every moment.
